We had an amazing stay surrounded by the calm and peaceful environment of the rainforest. The hotel's exceptional customer service made us feel welcome from the start. They even helped arrange transportation and parking. The delicious food served at the restaurant near the forest was a fantastic experience. The organized trekking tour with a professional guide was a highlight of our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The nature surrounding the hotel was amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed being close to the hiking trails and the beautiful rainforest.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as decent Wi-Fi and proper ventilation in the rooms. the price of the packages was too high considering what was offered.

Spent Xmas holidays surrounded by nature and it was amazing! Loved the location of the hotel, right by the entrance of the rainforest. Enjoyed delicious food served on a beautiful terrace surrounded by the noises of the forest. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The tour of the rainforest was unforgettable. Loved the fact that leech socks and tour guides were provided. The room was luxurious and the bathroom was very clean – a big plus for me.
The lack of ventilation in the room. Despite the air conditioner and fan, it felt damp and humid.
